"We support health in all seasons"Please consider joining our Impact Walking Group. We will meet once per week on Tuesdays at 8:30 am. This will be a time of exercise and fellowship.

Target Age Group: 60 years and older (all ages are welcomed!)
Time: 40 minutes of exercise with 10 minutes of warm up and wind down
Cost: Free of cost to participate
(There may be costs associated with team shirts, group walk particiation, etc)
Skills Needed: No special skills required. Requires physical ability.

As a result, they tend to stay in the house with little or no exercise and interaction with others. It is essential that members exercise on a regular for both their mental and physical health. One study has shown that if an individual walks briskly or runs for 10 minutes a day they will lower their chances of dementia.
